RIM Co-CEOs out; Heins in

The CEOs of RIM have been replaced by Thorsten Heins. This is supposedly apart of a management shake-up at RIM. Heins has said he will be looking for a Chief Marketing Officer to start marketing the advantages of the Blackberry.
